Our retreat caters to small groups of up to four, ensuring a personalized and focused experience. Your stay includes cozy accommodation, daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with additional meals being a community effort, fostering independence and connection. The standard retreat lasts fourteen nights, with options to extend your stay for an even deeper practice. Adjusted rates are available for smaller groups, making the experience intimate and enriching.
Mindfulness and Exploration
The retreat is built around mindfulness-based stress reduction practices, combined with bio-psycho-social-spiritual values, helping you heal while surrounded by the beauty of Clearwater Lake. Structured sessions run from 9 AM to 12 PM and 1 PM to 4 PM, allowing time for breaks, reflection, and personal exploration. Depending on the season, attendees can engage in activities like ice fishing, hiking, and nature walks, all while integrating mindfulness into daily life.
