Workshop Overview​

This two-day intensive workshop is designed to help participants gain essential skills in understanding, managing, and transforming anger into healthy, constructive responses. Participants will explore the cycle of anger, the neurobiology behind emotional responses, and common myths about anger, while learning practical tools to reduce emotional reactivity and promote self-awareness.
Through interactive exercises, self-reflection, and group discussions, attendees will develop personalized strategies that empower them to respond with clarity and composure—whether in the workplace, at home, or in stressful situations.
