CIDP: Critical Incident Desensitization Protocols
A Grounding & Stabilization Practice for Acute Trauma

🙏 You Are Not Alone

Wildfires across Northern Manitoba have led to the evacuation of over 17,000 people. If you are feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or emotionally numb—we are here to offer free online support through gentle, evidence-informed techniques.
This is not counseling therapy. These short sessions are designed to help calm your nervous system, reduce emotional vividness, and gently stabilize your mind and body.

🧠 What Is CIDP?CIDP (Critical Incident Desensitization Protocols) is a structured protocol that includes:
  • 🧘 Grounding Techniques
  • 🤲 Bilateral Stimulation (Tapping)
  • 🌱 Stabilization & Positive Resource Activation

These methods are used internationally in early trauma intervention for survivors, first responders, police, firefighters, and volunteers following critical incidents.
